Welcome to the Cruising Section – Motor.

The Motor Committee has produced an interesting and entertaining programme for 2010.

An initial launch event has been organised for 20th February at the Guernsey Yacht club, a social evening with presentations, discussions and food. This will be followed by 3 cruises during the summer, one weekend cruise and two day cruises – all with a strong social element.

The Motor Committee is keen to organise 3 events for 2010 which will happen regardless of the weather. These may become local events or even on land if the weather is not as planned, but we will try our best.

The trips should suit a wide variety of boats, large and small, and should appeal to beginners and advanced boaters alike.

We had a very good and well attended "Motor Launch" in February and some excellent feedback.
